These Terms govern your use of the XCrowMart marketplace, including the escrow system and related services. Please read them carefully before trading.
By creating an account or using any part of XCrowMart, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction to use XCrowMart.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Submitting false information during registration or KYC is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds held for dispute resolution.
XCrowMart is a peer-to-peer marketplace that provides escrow, messaging, and dispute-mediation services between independent buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the underlying trade and do not guarantee that any listed asset is suitable for any particular purpose.
We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for understanding the tax and regulatory implications of your trades in your jurisdiction.
When a buyer initiates a purchase, funds are locked in XCrowMart's escrow and may only be released to the seller after the buyer confirms delivery, the verification window expires without a dispute, or our mediation team issues a decision.
Platform fees apply to each transaction and are disclosed before checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Sellers must list accurately: working credentials, valid assets, correct descriptions, and reasonable delivery times. Listings that knowingly misrepresent the asset are prohibited and subject to removal.
Sellers must respect dispute windows and respond in good faith to verification requests and mediation processes.
Buyers must review listings carefully before paying. Submit payment only through the platform. Complete verification within the allotted window, and escalate issues through the in-platform dispute flow rather than attempting off-platform resolution.
Filing a bad-faith dispute or attempting to extort sellers is a violation of these terms and can lead to account suspension.
The following are strictly prohibited on XCrowMart: illegal goods or services, stolen credentials, phishing, fraud, impersonation, attempts to evade KYC, off-platform payment arrangements to avoid escrow, and any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where violations occur.
If a buyer and seller cannot resolve an issue, either party may open a dispute through the platform. Our mediation team will review evidence from both sides and issue a decision within the stated timeframe. Mediation decisions are binding within the context of the escrowed funds.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XCrowMart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the platform fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraud, regulatory concerns, or prolonged inactivity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support — pending trades must be completed or resolved before closure.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of XCrowMart after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which XCrowMart is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes not resolved through our mediation process will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a different forum is required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
